I am a VP of Financial Services Legal Regulatory (National Design/Advanced Planning). I joined Osaic via the acquisition of Lincoln Financial Network (LFN). Prior to joining LFN, I worked at Connecticut General Life Insurance Company. Additionally, I worked at Touche Ross & Co. (accounting firm in Stamford, CT) prior to joining Connecticut General Life Insurance Company in 1986. I was a Senior Tax Consultant at Touche Ross & Co. Prior to that, I worked at the Lexington Insurance Company, AIG (Boston, MA) where I was Assistant Manager of Financial Services. I was also in private practice of law, and I continue to be a resource to other attorneys and law firms.

I am a member of the American Bar Association. I earned my BS degree (Accounting and Finance) from Central Connecticut State University, JD degree from what is now the Quinnipiac University School of Law, MBA (Finance) degree from the University of Connecticut, and LL.M. (Taxation) degree from Boston University School of Law. I am listed in numerous sections and editions of Who’s Who (including Who’s Who in American Law and Who’s Who in the World).
